CONSOLIDATION ORDER. It is ORDERED that the Related Actions shall be consolidated for all purposes, including pretrial proceedings and trial, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42(a) (the "Consolidated Action") before this Court. Sedo-Roper v. Magino Support Services, Inc., 4:25-CV-1309-SDJ, is designated the Lead Case. All papers filed in the Consolidated Action shall be filed under the Lead Case and all parties are instructed to submit any future filings in the Lead Case. The Court will enter one docket control order, one protective order, and one discovery order that will govern the entire Consolidated Action. ORDER: Before this Court are Sedo-Roper v. Maginot Support Services, Inc., 4:25-CV-1309-SDJ, and Burdon v. Maginot Support Services, Inc., 4:25-CV-1310-SDJ. These two cases share the same defendant and appear to implicate common questions of law and fact. It is therefore ORDERED that the parties in each of these cases shall file an advisory with the Court regarding their respective positions on whether the two cases should be consolidated under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42.
