ORDER GRANTING #4 LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AS TO COMPLAINT: Bynum's complaint is deficient and subject to dismissal. But the Court, having advised Bynum of the above deficiencies, will allow her to file an amended complaint that cures these deficiencies by 1/17/2025.
