ORDER. On February 24, 2026, the instant lawsuit was transferred to this court from the Northern District of Texas (Dkt. #12 ). Prior to the transfer, Plaintiff Latrice Salvador was granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Dkt. #10 ). It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff shall prepare service of process on Defendants in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas within thirty (30) days of receiving this Order.
