Filing 6 ORDER TO ANSWER AND SCHEDULING ORDER. it is hereby ORDERED that the Clerk shall issue process and the Defendants shall have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of such process in which to answer or otherwise plead to the Plaintiff's complaint. It is further ORDERED that, the Court having determined that appointment of the United States Marshal to serve process is necessary and appropriate in this case, service shall be perfected by the UnitedStates Marshal without cost to the Plaintiff. Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(2). It is further ORDERED that within thirty days after an answer is filed, the parties are to disclose to each other all information relevant to the claims or defenses of any party. The parties shall promptly file a notice of disclosure after such disclosure has taken place. No further discovery will be allowedexcept on further order of the Court. Conferences under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) and 16(b), are not required except upon order of the Court. It is furtherORDERED that a courtesy copy of this order shall be sent to Troy Hornsby of Miller James Miller & Hornsby, 1725 Galleria Oaks Drive, Texarkana TX 75503, who has served as counsel for Bowie County correctional officials in other cases before this Court, for his information and such other action as he may deem necessary and proper.
