Filing 3 ORDER OF DEFICIENCY AND SEVERENCE. It is ORDERED the claims of the Plaintiff Greggory Beckom are SEVERED into a separate lawsuit, for which the Clerk shall open a new case. Ricky Beckom will be retained as plaintiff in case no. 5:19cv128. It is further ORDERED a copy of the Complaint (docket no. 1) and this Order shall be docketed in this lawsuit and the new one. It is furtherORDERED Greggory Beckom shall file his own complaint and a $400.00 filing fee or application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis in his lawsuit. The Clerk shall provide to Greggory Beckom a standard 1983 lawsuit form and application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. It is further ORDERED Ricky Beckom shall furnish to the Court a certified inmate trust account data sheet or inmate account summary sheet to go with his application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis.
