Some of the fIlms claimed by plaintiff Patent Holder, LLC to show infringement include: "Dinner for Schmucks"; "Happy Madison"; "Kung Fu Panda"; "An American Haunting"; "The Back-Up Plan"; "The Illusionist"; "The Sopranos"; "Star Trek"; "Toy Story 3"; and "Little Fockers." and various adult films.
