Filing 21 ORDER ADOPTING 18 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. The complaint is DISMISSED. To the extent that a judgment in favor of Dailey would necessarily imply the invalidity of his convictions, Dailey's claims are DISMISSED with prejudice to their being asserted again until the Heck conditions are met.
