Plaintiff's claims against Karen Ream and those claims against Bobby Dean and Joe Cassin which implicate the legality of his conviction are D ISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE until such time as Lampkin can show that his conviction has been overturned, expunged, set aside, or called into question through the issuance of a federal writ of habeas corpus.Winn, Leach, and Ream are DISMISSED as parties to this lawsuit.
