ORDER DISMISSING CASE. All claims asserted in this suit between plaintiff, Pherah LLC, and defendant, Viewpoint Inc. d/b/a Viewpoint Construction Software (6:15-cv-984-JRG), are hereby dismissed with prejudice, subject to the terms of the Settlement Agreement. All attorneys' fees and costs are to be borne by the party that incurred them. The Clerk is directed to CLOSE member case 6:15-cv-984. ORDER OF CONSOLIDATION. The above-captioned cases are hereby CONSOLIDATED for all pretrial issues except venue. The LEAD CASE is designated as Cause No. 6:15-cv-961.
