ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS for 133 Report and Recommendations, and granting-in-part 131 Motion for Settlement Approval filed by Jeremy Lopez. The amount of attorney's fees shall be REDUCED to 30% of the common fund, a nd the award to each plaintiff, set forth in the Settlement Agreement, shall be increased pursuant to the same calculation used to determine those award amounts, to reflect the reduction in attorney's fees.
