It is accordingly ORDERED that the cause of action is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED for administrative and statistical purposes until such time as the interlocutory appeal in this case has been resolved. It is further ORDERED that the only motions or documents which shall be accepted during the time the case is administratively closed shall be motions or documents related to Petitioner's request to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal and motions to reopen upon resolution of the appeal.
