ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: Insofar as McGee appears to bring claims related to proceedings in (or to events that occurred in) Tyler, Texas, a municipality in Smith County, which lies within the Tyler Division of the Eastern District of Texas, see 28 U.S.C. 124(c)(1), this action will be transferred to that federal judicial district and division under Section 1391(b) and the undersigned's authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Court's Miscellaneous Order No. 6 on March 9, 2023 to allow any party to file an objection to the Judge Boyle within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order, see FED. R. CIV. P. 72(a). If an objection is filed, the order of transfer is stayed pending further order of the Court. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge David L.
