MEMORANDUM AND OPINIONORDERED that the Plaintiffs claims against the Defendants Warden Reescano, Chaplain Drum, and Officer Bolton are hereby DISMISSED with prejudice as frivolous. It is further ORDERED that the Defendants Warden Reescano, Chaplain D rum, and Officer Bolton are hereby DISMISSED as parties to this lawsuit. The dismissal of these claims and parties shall have no effect upon the Plaintiffs claims against the Defendant Gwendolyn Spurlock.
