MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AS TO DEFENDANTS POLK COUNTY, HAMMACK, NETTLES, SMITH, JONES, LIMA, AND JOHN DOES 1 AND 2. It is ORDERED that summary judgment be GRANTED in favor Defendants Polk County, Hammack, Smith, Nettles, Jones, Lima, John Doe 1, and John Doe 2 and as to all claims asserted by Plaintiffs.
