It is ORDERED that the above-referenced Parties shall bear their own attorney's fees and costs, that all Court dates and deadlines as they relate to the above- referenced Parties are hereby VACATED, and that all pending motions filed by or against the above-referenced Parties are DENIED AS MOOT.
