September 15, 2009	Filing 23 Memorandum Opinion and Order this court finds that the ALJ erred and that the ALJs opinion is not supported by substantial evidence in the record, that the Commissionerss decision should be reversed, and that this case should be remanded for further proceedings in accordance with this recommendation.IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the decision of the Commissioner denyingPlaintiffs applications for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits and for SSI benefits is REVERSED. IT IS FU RTHER ORDERED that this case is REMANDED. Upon remand the ALJ should further consider whether Plaintiffs has experienced medical improvement and should further delineate the basis for any such finding.
