Filing 22 Memorandum Opinion and Order: IT IS ORDERED:1.Plaintiffs claims against all Defendants for deprivation of free exercise of religion, for unreasonable searches or seizures, and for retaliation are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE AS FRIVOLOUS;2.Plaintiffs cl aims under the RLUIPA are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE AS FRIVOLOUS; 3.The court DECLINES to exercise pendent jurisdiction over Plaintiffs claims under the Texas Religious Freedom Restoration Act;4.Plaintiffs Second Motion for Protective Order filed Febr uary 1, 2012 21 is DENIED; and5.Any pending non-dispositive motions not otherwise addressed above are DENIED.Judgment shall be entered accordingly. This dismissal shall count as a qualifying dismissal under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) and Adepegba v. Hammons, 103 F.3d 383 (5th Cir. 1996). A copy of this order shall be sent by first class mail to all parties appearing pro se and to any attorney of record by first class mail or electronic notification.Dismissal of this action does not release Plaintiff or the institution where he is incarcerated from the obligation to pay any filing fee previously imposed.
