Filing 15 Opinion and Order Resolving Claims. It is ORDERED that all Plaintiff's claims for monetary damages against Judge John Weeks and against Jim Hicks, III are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. It is further ORDERED that all Plaintiff's claims again st counsel Landon Hays Thompson, other than any claims that Thompson acted in a conspiracy with other defendants, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. It is further ORDERED that all Plaintiff's remaining claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE to their being asserted again until the Heck V. Humphrey conditions are met. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge E.
