Opinion and Order of Partial Dismissal Under 28 U.S.C. §§1915A & 1915(e)(2)(B). It is ORDERED that all Plaintiff's claims against the Bureau of Prisons, all claims against the defendants in an official capacity, and all claim against Defendants Warden Myron L. Batts, Regional Director J. A Keller, and National Inmate Appeal Administrator Ian Connors, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE under authority of 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) and 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii).
