Filing 51 Memorandum Opinion and Order. The Citys Motion for Summary Judgment 29 is GRANTED and Plaintiffs claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the City are DISMISSED with prejudice. The case will proceed on Plaintiffs claims against Rojo in his indiv idual capacity. The Court directs the parties to complete all remaining discovery, if any, within sixty (60) days from the date of this order. Furthermore, there is no just reason for delay in entering a final judgment and final judgment should be entered as to the claims dismissed above pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b).
