Memorandum Opinion and Order. After considering Plaintiff's complaint, his answers to the Court's questionnaire, other relevant filings, and the applicable law, the Court DISMISSES this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)( B) and 1915A as frivolous or for Plaintiff's failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
