Order Transferring to Another District: Case transferred to Florence Division of District of South Carolina. For the reasons stated herein, the Court finds that for the convenience of the parties and in the interest of justice, the Florence Division of the united States District Court for the District of South Carolina is the most appropriate forum for Plaintiff's complaint regarding incidents alleged to have occurred in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff's complaint and all claims alleged therein are transferred to the Florence Division of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
