The Court notes that Plaintiff has not shown any inability to set forth his claims for relief or shown that extraordinary circumstances are involved which would justify the appointment of counsel at this stage of the case. For the reasons set forth herein, #3 Plaintiff's request for appointment of counsel is denied without prejudice to Plaintiff's right to request appointment of counsel should circumstances change.
