Order. The Court, having considered #4 Defendants' Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), filed November 5, 2018, and Plaintiffs' failure to file a response, is of the opinion Defendants' Motion to Dismiss should be GRANTED. Having failed to file a timely response, the Court is of the opinion Plaintiffs are unopposed to the Court granting Defendants' Motion. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiffs' claims be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for the reasons set forth in Defendants' Motion.
