ORDER. The Court, having considered Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint #12 , filed December 5, 2018, is of the opinion that the same should be GRANTED. In addition, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1447(e), the Court hereby REMANDS the above-styled and -numbered civil action to the 350th Judicial District of Taylor County, Texas. Furthermore, the Court orders that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss #6 , filed November 29, 2018, be DENIED AS MOOT, subject to it being refiled in state court.
