ORDER. After considering the motions, briefing, and applicable law, counsel for the parties are ordered as follows: The parties are directed to meet face-to-face no later than Friday, February 21, 2020. The face-to-face requirement is not satisfied by a telephonic conference. If the disputed issues are resolved during the face-to-face meeting, the movant shall forward an agreed proposed order in Word format to the Court at no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2020. If any issues remain unresolved following the face-to-face meeting, the movant shall be responsible for filing a joint status report prepared by the parties in accordance with Section V (Joint Submission) of this Order no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2020. If the parties are unable to resolve the disputed discovery raised in the motion to compel prior to Monday, February 24, 2020, any remaining issues will be heard by the Court at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2020, in Courtroom 2000, 341 Pine Street, Abilene, Texas 79601-5928 before Magistrate Judge John R.
