It is ORDERED that: Plaintiff is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915. Plaintiff will not be assessed an initial partial filing fee because he lacks the requisite funds in his prison account to pay an initial fee; however, plaintiff will be required to pay the fill filing fee of $350.00 in monthly installments pursuant to the PLRA.
