PLRA Filing Fee Order: The Court, having considered the Plaintiff's Application for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis #4 in light of the PLRA, finds that the following order should be entered: It is ORDERED that: (1) Plaintiff is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915. (2) Plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $3.40. (3) Thereafter, Plaintiff shall pay $346.60 in monthly installments.
