It is, therefore, ORDERED that Petitioner shall have fourteen (14)days from the date of this Order to pay the filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis with a certificate of his inmate trust account and show cause why his petition should not be dismissed for want of prosecution for failing to respond to the Court's Order.
