Notice of Deficiency and Order: The court finds that Plaintiff should, within 20 days from the date of this order, pay the filing fee of $400.00 or file with the Clerk the following: a signed form application to proceed in forma pauperis; a certified copy of his inmate trust account statement and a signed copy of the authorization portion of the certificate of inmate trust account form or a signed copy of any consent form or authorization that the institution having custody of Plaintiff requires to allow it to access a prisoner's inmate trust fund account. Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute pursuant to FRCvP 41(b). ORDER: Plaintiff named two other individuals-Debra Adams and Katesha Allen-as plaintiffs. However, neither Debra Adams nor Katesha Allen signed the complaint. Plaintiff cannot file legal papers on behalf of other individuals. To the extent Plaintiffs intended to bring their complaint jointly, the Court finds that joinder should be denied at this time and each Plaintiff should be required to file a separate complaint asserting his or her individual claims. For these reasons and the reasons stated herein, the Court finds that Debra Adams and Katesha Allen should be terminated as parties to this suit without prejudice to their rights to file their own separate complaints if they choose to do so.
