October 22, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 13 Notice of Deficiency and Order: For the reasons stated herein and because Plaintiff has not shown that he was in imminent danger of serious physical injury when he filed his complaint, the Court denies Plaintiff leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff must pay the $400.00 filing fee and file a complete amended complaint on the proper form within 20 days from the date of this order. Failure to comply with this order will result in the dismissal of Plaintiff's complaint for want of prosecution without further notice.
