For the reasons stated herein, the motions for leave to file an amended complaint and motion for injunctive relief #9 are DENIED. Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days to file the documents listed herein. The failure of Plaintiff to respond to this Order shall result in the dismissal of this cause without further notice. The Court finds that the Declaration #11 filed by Plaintiff is in improper effort to amend his complaint and should be UNFILED and returned to Plaintiff. December 30, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 7 Order and Notice of Deficiency: Sergio Lara must address the following deficiency: failure to pay the filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis and certificate of his inmate trust account. Plaintiff must also file a complete amended complaint on the form for prisoner civil rights complaints. Plaintiff may obtain the application, certificate and prisoner civil rights complaint form from the law library at the unit where he is incarcerated. Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute pursuant to FRCvP 41(b). Deadline to cure the deficiency is 20 days.
