November 23, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 27 Memorandum Opinion and Order. Plaintiff seeks judicial review of a final adverse decision of the Commissioner of Social Security pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Dkt. No. 1 . United States District Judge Sam R. Cummings transferred this case to the undersigned with a designation to exercise the district court's full jurisdiction and conduct all proceedings in this case upon the consent of the parties. See Dkt. No. 7 . The parties have consented to proceed before a magistrate judge. Dkt. No. 15 . For the reasons explained herein, the Court affirms the Commissioner's decision.
