November 18, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ORDER: Now before the Court is pro se Plaintiff Chareila L. Bien's Motion to Extend Time to File Amended Complaint #9 . As the motion does not appear to be an attempt at causing unnecessary delay, the Court GRANTS Bien's motion for extension of time. Therefore, Bien shall, no later than December 19, 2020, (1) file an amended complaint that complies with the basic pleading requirements provided by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a) and (2) return the completed Magistrate Judge's Questionnaire to the Plaintiff mailed to Bien on October 29, 2020. Upon review of the papers and pleadings filed by Plaintiff, the undersigned finds that Plaintiffs Complaint does not meet the basic pleading requirements of Rule 8(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff is ORDERED to file an amended complaint in compliance with Rule 8(a) no later than November 19, 2020. The Clerk of Court shall mail to Plaintiff an amended civil complaint form.
