November 9, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER CONSOLIDATING CASES: The Court notes that the petitions in 1:20-CV-203-H and 1:20-CV-226-H challenges the same disciplinary proceeding at the Robertson Unit for attempted escape. Because the petitions contain the same parties and issues, the Court finds that they should be consolidated into one civil action. The Court orders the following: 1. The Clerk is directed to transfer the petition filed in No. 1:20-CV-00226-H to No. 1:20-CV-00203-H, and docket it as the amended petition filed in response to Dkt. No. 5 in that case.2. The Order on Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis in No. 1:20-CV- 00226-H is vacated. 3. All future filings should bear No. 1:20-CV-00203-H. 4.
