Filing 20 ORDER. Plaintiff has failed to meet the elements required to justify injunctive relief, and therefore his Amended Motion Requesting Immediate Preliminary Injunction and Restraining Order #18 must be DENIED. Further, because Plaintiff submitted an amended motion for injunctive relief to the Court in which he re-urges the relief he sought in his earlier denied motion, his pending Motion for Reconsideration of that motion #12 is DENIED as MOOT. However, if Plaintiff wishes to appeal the Courts current order denying his Amended Motion Requesting Immediate Preliminary Injunction and Restraining Order, he is free to do so. Because he has consented to the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge, any appeal shall be to the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge John R.
