November 30, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: Petitioner has filed a #2 "Notice of Exception of pages due to the exception of being a very extensive and unusual case," along with his petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241. For the reasons stated in this Order, the Court finds that Petitioner must file an amended petition using the required form AND an amended memorandum in support of his 2241 motion that complies with the page limitation in Local Rule 7.2(c) within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the date of this order. The page limitation for the brief in support does not apply to the pages Petitioner may use for an appendix or exhibits in support of his amended memorandum. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this action without further notice. The Clerk shall mail to Petitioner a 2241 form for his use in complying with this Order.
