April 22, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 22 ORDER GRANTING HILTON'S MOTION TO REMAND granting #16 . Before the Court is David Hilton's Motion to Remand. Each of the named defendants have responded to the motion and indicated that they do not oppose it. Dkt. Nos. #18 - #21 . The parties agree that because several of the defendants are citizens of Texas, removal was improper under 28 U.S.C. 1441(b)(2).
