Filing 18 ORDER. Before the Court is a motion filed by pro se plaintiff Oliver King Hughes in which he requests that the Court provide copies of each document Hughes has filed while prosecuting his civil rights lawsuit. Dkt. No. #13 . The Court DENIES the motion. An indigent litigant has no constitutional right to acquire free copies of court records. It is the responsibility of litigants to keep copies of any documents filed. As described in the letter sent to Hughes from the Clerk of Court on April 29, 2021, he can make financial arrangement with the Clerk for copies of documents at a cost of $0.50 per page, paid in advance.
