The Court has reviewed the request and concludes that it should be GRANTED. Notice is hereby given to the Defendant that, at any time during this proceeding, Defendant may file a motion in opposition to Plaintiff's further proceeding in forma pauperis if, in the opinion of the Defendant, such motion is well taken and is filed in good faith. It is ORDERED that: Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED.
