Davis, APRN, GNP, alleged to have occurred at the Burnet County Jail be severed from the instant Amended Complaint and transferred to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1406(a). The Court denied Plaintiff's first request on September 21, 2021, without prejudice to his renewing his motion after completion of judicial screening or if there is a material change in circumstances #7 . Judicial screening remains pending, and Plaintiff has not shown any material change in his circumstances. His second request for appointment of counsel is denied.
