ORDER. For the foregoing reasons, Regan's motion/request for extension of time to file a Section 2255 is liberally CONSTRUED as a Section 2255 motion. Regan is GRANTED until December 16, 2021 to (1) WITHDRAW the construed motion (claim) to vacate sentence under Section 2255, or (2) AMEND the same, using the enclosed form, so that it contains all claims that Regan wants to raise with respect to the conviction and/or sentence in criminal case number 1:19-CR-021-P(2). The Clerk of the Court is directed to mail to Regan two copies of the AO 243 standard form motion to vacate sentence under 28 U.S.C. 2255. **Clerk's Note: under cover of this Order, two copies of the AO 243 standard form motion to vacate sentence under 28 U.S.C. 2255 have been mailed to Petitioner.
