ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. Adam Ramji and Imran Dhanani still have not applied for admission pro hac vice (or withdrawn as counsel). Accordingly, by no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 17, 2021, both Ramji and Dhanani shall show cause as to why they should not be sanctioned for failing to comply with this Court's orders. Moreover, although he is a member of the Northern District bar with a principal office within the Northern District, Russell Button cannot satisfy the requirements of Local Rule 83.10 because his office is 182 miles from the courthouse where this action will be tried. See L. Civ. R. 83.10 (requiring that local counsel have a residence or principal office within 50 miles of the courthouse where an action will be tried). Unless Button demonstrates that his residence is within 50 miles of the United States Courthouse in Abilene, Burch must obtain substitute local counsel. ORDER. Neither Burch nor his counsel have complied to the Court's Order #4 of 11/3/2021. Accordingly, the Court orders that, by no later than December 8, Adam Ramji and Imran Dhanani shall submit applications to appear pro hac vice and Burch shall retain local counsel. Failure to do either will result in an order to show cause as to why Burch's counsel should not be sanctioned for failing to comply with both the Local Rules and the orders of this Court. ORDER. The Court, having reviewed the docket, notes that Adam Ramji and Imran Dhanani are not admitted to practice in the Northern District of Texas. Ranji and Dhanani are ordered to submit applications for admission pro hac vice by November 16 should they seek to continue representing Eric Neal Burch in this action. The Court further orders that, by November 16, both parties must either obtain local counsel or submit separate motions to waive the requirement specifically detailing current counsel's availability for hearings and ability to comply with the local rules of this Court.
