DEFICIENCY SHOW CAUSE ORDER. Plaintiff did not respond to the Court's order 9 . Thus, the Court finds that Plaintiff shall have 20 days from the date of this order to file a complete amended complaint on the proper form and to pay the filing fee of $402.00 or to file the following documents within 20 days from the date of this order, a signed application to proceed in forma pauperis; and a certified copy of his inmate trust account statement. Therefore, by June 6, 2022 (30 days), Plaintiff is ORDERED to (1) file his civil-rights complaint on the approved form, and (2) pay the $402 filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis on the approved form with the required certificate of inmate trust account. Plaintiff's failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
