Plaintiff filed a letter asking the Clerk to contact the TDCJ Unit Agency Transfer Chairman of Classification Administration Office to request that he be transferred away from Building 12 of the Robertson Unit as soon as possible #10 . The Court interprets the letter as a motion for immediate preliminary injunction and restraining order. Plaintiff's request for immediate preliminary injunction and restraining order is denied.
