Given Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Court's orders and cure his outstanding filing deficiencies, along with his suggestion that, by filing his May 26 letter, he did not intend to open or file a new civil-rights action, the Court concludes that dismissal of this action is warranted under Rule 41(b).
