SHOW CAUSE ORDER. It is, therefore, ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the date of this Order to file a signed Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and a certified copy of his inmate trust account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of his complaint, certified by one of the officers at the institution where Plaintiff is incarcerated OR file a sworn affidavit or unsworn declaration made under penalty of perjury under 28 U.S.C. 1746, setting forth the specific steps he has taken to attempt to comply with the prior Order, or his reasons for failing to comply AND attach copies of any relevant consent forms or other supporting information to Plaintiff's sworn affidavit or unsworn declaration. ORDER: Plaintiff requests a "pre inunction [sic,]" which the Court construes as a motion for preliminary injunctive relief under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65. See Dkt. No. #2 at 4. After reviewing Plaintiff's pleadings and the relevant law, the Court concludes that Plaintiff has failed to prove all the elements necessary to obtain preliminary injunctive relief. Plaintiff must address the following deficiency: Plaintiff did not pay the $402 filing fee or file a request to proceed in forma pauperis with a certificate of his inmate trust account. Therefore, by July 14, 2022 (30 days), Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay the $402 filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis on the approved form with the required certificate of inmate trust account. Plaintiff's failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). The Clerk will mail an application to proceed in forma pauperis to Plaintiff along with a copy of this order.
