Coones seeks to compel the defendants to produce the names of the guards and TDCJ staff who were on duty or who interacted with Jace Coones from August 28, 2020, until his death on August 31, 2020. Id. at 6. She seeks this information so she can bring a claim against those individuals before the statute of limitations runs at the end of the month.
