Before the Court is an Amicus Curiae Motion for Extension of Time to File Martinez Report, filed by the Office of the Texas Attorney General (OAG). See Dkt. No. #27 . In the Motion now before the Court, the OAG respectfully requests additional time to gather records and prepare a written report. Id. at 1.
