November 30, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 14 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. On October 27, 2022, the Court issued an Order requiring Plaintiff to complete the Magistrate Judge's Questionnaire and Certification. Dkt. No. 10. Plaintiff was ordered to return the Questionnaire by November 24, 2022. As of the date of this Order, Plaintiff has not complied. Therefore, it is ORDERED that no later than December 13, 2022, Plaintiff shall respond to the Court's Questionnaire with facts specific to the questions asked.
